We meet face to face to discuss your goals. Initial assessment means getting to know you and what you need and gives you a chance to ask me anything you want and decide if I am the right physiotherapist for you.

Appointments are tailored to your needs. Physiotherapy services can be provided at your home, at my clinic or anywhere else that better suits your goals.

You may need a longer appointment to facilitate a therapy style or achieve a particular goal.
