With experience in high level sport and as a former athlete, I know that focussing injury prevention is one of the best ways to achieve your sporting goals. We get to know you and your sport and focus on specific strengthening exercises to reduce your risk of injury and keep you in the game!
Rehabilitate
When injuries happen, we know you want to get back out there asap. We aim to educate, rehabilitate and maintain your performance to get you back training at the right time and in the right way. ​
Optimise training performance
When you're injured, time out of your sport can be damaging to your ongoing performance. We can help to create a training programme to allow you to maintain your sport-specific skills whilst your not at 100%. Once you're on the road to recovery, we will create a programme to build you back to where you were before and beyond.
